My name is Jennie (aka JennieBean) and I have a passion for creating all kinds of things from just paper, and I mean just paper, I hate having to use anything else..... except maybe glitter!!
I have lived my whole life in Scotland, and got married to my fantastic husband Wayne in 2005. We have two cats, Treacle and Bakewell, who Wayne fondly refers to as his 'tarts'.
I am inspired by origami (paper folding), origamic architecture (3d and popup paper crafts), kirigami (paper cutting), and sliceforms (foldable 3d paper objects normally linked to maths). I like things that can be folded flat and posted to friends, family and loved ones, but that are easy for them to pop back into their stunning 3d form with little or no effort. I always keep this in mind when designing.
I design most of my creations using either RoboMaster, Funtime, Adobe Illustrator, or Klic-n-Kut. This allows me to test cut my designs on an electronic cutting machine. However, all of the items on this website have been designed to be cut and made by hand. If you do have an interest in electronic cutting machines e.g. the Craft Robo or the Cricut, I have a separate website that you may like to visit www.jenniebeancrafts.weebly.com
My designs are available as JPEG collections on CDs, therefore you always have a permament copy of the template and can print this as often as you wish directly onto your chosen card. If you have any questions please dont hesitate to contact me,
